Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch UK orders within five working days of receipt of payment. In the event that we are unable to achieve this and there is a delay to your delivery, we will endeavour to email you with an expected delivery date or the option to cancel your order.
All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class post. Please note that deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes or severe weather. For oversees delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order so that an accurate shipping quote can be obtained. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Popsy & Plum cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Once your order is placed it will be classed as confirmed on receipt of confirmation from Popsy & Plum. Should you wish to cancel an order prior to its dispatch, please contact us directly on 07769 212269 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We regret that once an order has been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel it.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return your item(s), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Provided the item(s) are returned to us unused and in their original condition within 14 days of communicating with us, we will be happy to issue a refund on receipt. Alternatively, we will also be happy to exchange them.
Please note that any goods being returned are the customers responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the item(s) using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Furthermore, Popsy & Plum cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
